Abstract
The seismic and electrical prospecting are used method of geophysical exploration，they can be combined into a system by piezoelectricity, because piezoelectricity is the mechanical energy exchange for electrical energy, and it was developed in the former Soviet Union since 1950. The method uses a new geophysical parameter: piezoelectric activity of rocks, ores, and minerals. The natural piezoelectric materials are crystals, so piezoelectric method be use to mineral exploration, ex. Ore-quartz zone in Russia, crystal-bearing pegmatites in northern Ukraine, Gold-bearing mine in Israel, etc.It has been applied successfully in research geology, too.This method has matured, even have specialized commercial instrument, maybe will be a main method of mineral exploration in the future.
